Our team ensures that all our events run as smoothly and safely as possible. Your safety is our number one priority. We always ensure that lunch is allergy-friendly before serving, and we ensure that event locations are kid-friendly. There will always be trusted adult supervision, and parents are always welcome to attend events. As for the planning process, we typically spend 2-3 months planning each event. From the financial aspects of event hosting to social media advertisement and organizing workshops, our team works together in every part of the journey.
